What's Covered and What's Not (1-Year Warranty)
Tuscani Rainshower Warranty:
Tuscani warranties on Rainshower only cover leaks and mechanisms for 12 months from the date of purchase or delivery. However, certain conditions, such as discoloration and LED, are not covered, including:
Accidental Damage:
Damage to the Rainshower is not covered under warranty. To ensure optimal performance, regular cleaning and proper usage are essential.
Discoloration:
The warranty does not cover exposure to harsh cleaning agents, chemicals, environmental conditions, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, or improper maintenance. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, such as leaking, and does not extend to aesthetic changes caused by normal wear and tear or external influences.
Dents and Scratches:
Dents, scratches, or discoloration resulting from misuse or improper handling are not covered.
Low Water Pressure:Â
This can be due to the plumber not flushing off the small dirt particles during installation.
