This complaint is commonly referred to as a “leaking” sink.
Water droplets found under the sink are due to condensation.
It occurs when the air inside the kitchen cabinet is warmer than the air outside.
The greater the temperature difference, the higher the risk of condensation.
So, please do NOT defrost your frozen food directly on the sink — instead, use the appropriate accessories provided.
A classic example: Take a can of drink out of the fridge and leave it on the table for 10 minutes.
You’ll notice the table becomes wet due to condensation from the can.
Placing hot cookware or using the sink near a hot hob can also cause condensation due to the increase in ambient temperature around the sink.
SOLUTION
It is important to note that condensation can happen to all brands and types of sinks — including granite sinks and stainless-steel sinks with cosmetic undercoating paint.
Installing trendy ventilation rings (top photo) on your cabinet door is an effective way to improve ventilation inside the kitchen cabinet.
This will help maintain a more balanced air temperature inside the cabinet compared to the outside environment.
Please note: Our policy does not cover issues related to condensation, as we have provided clear instructions on proper product maintenance during installation and regular use.
Note:
Undercoating paint alone may not provide sufficient insulation against condensation.
