Before Installation 

To avoid hassles down the line, we kindly ask that you:

  • Inspect the product upon delivery
    Check for visible damage—like dents, scratches, or missing parts—as soon as you receive it.

  • Report any defects within 7 days
    This allows us to address the issue quickly and offer a replacement or solution at no extra cost.


After Installation

If a defect appears post-installation—especially issues like leakage—we’ll do our best to assist. However, as removal and re-installation can be complex, labour costs are not covered under warranty.

To avoid post-installation concerns:

  • Conduct a thorough inspection before installation.

  • If unsure, consult a qualified professional.
